Most repairs take 1-3 business days depending on the issue and parts availability. We offer express service (24 hours) for an additional fee. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when you bring your device in.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! All repairs come with a 3-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If any issues arise within this period, bring your device back and we'll fix it at no extra cost.
Can I drop off my phone after hours?
We currently only accept drop-offs during business hours. However, you can call ahead to schedule a pickup or drop-off time that works for you. We also offer pickup and delivery services for your convenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and cash. Payment is required before we release your device.
Are your refurbished phones authentic?
Absolutely! All our refurbished phones are 100% authentic and come from legitimate sources. Every device undergoes a rigorous 20-point inspection and is certified tested before sale. We back all refurbished phones with a 3-month warranty.
