10. Refurbished Phone Warranty

All refurbished phones sold by Second Life Devices come with a 3-month limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, or liquid damage
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft
  • Software-related issues (unless caused by a hardware defect)

11. Repair Services Warranty

All repair services performed by Second Life Devices come with a 3-month warranty on parts and workmanship. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will repair it at no additional charge. Warranty does not cover further damage caused by user negligence or unauthorized repairs.

12. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery services for phones and repair items. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is at your risk. We recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.

13. Returns and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for return. Refurbished phones purchased in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Items that show signs of use, damage, or have been modified are not eligible for refund. Repair services are non-refundable once work has been completed.
